Complaints Procedure

How to raise a concern about our service, what we will do about it, and how to contact the Immigration Advice Authority if you are still unhappy.

Our commitment

We want every client to be satisfied with the advice and service they receive. If something has gone wrong, we would like to hear about it so we can put it right and improve. Making a complaint will not affect how we handle your case.

Step 1: tell us about the problem

Contact Basharat Hussain by email at info@immigrationinn.co.uk, by phone on 01234 962804, or in writing to 93 Ford End Road, Bedford MK40 4JT. Please explain what went wrong, when it happened and what you would like us to do. If you need help putting your complaint in writing, tell us and we will help.

Step 2: we acknowledge and investigate

We will confirm that we have received your complaint and explain what happens next. We will look at your file, speak to anyone involved and may ask you for more information.

Step 3: our written response

We will send you a written reply setting out what we found, whether we uphold your complaint and what we will do to put things right, such as correcting work, reducing or refunding a fee, or apologising.

If you are still not satisfied

You can complain to the Immigration Advice Authority, which regulates Immigration Inn (Ref F201800051). You do not have to use our procedure first, but it is often the quickest way to resolve a problem. The IAA explains how to complain on GOV.UK, and you can email it at info@immigrationadviceauthority.gov.uk.

Records we keep

We keep a record of every complaint and how it was resolved, and review complaints regularly so we can improve our service. Our regulator may look at these records during an inspection.
